Custom Orders

Ready-Made Items (Non-Personalized)

The following conditions apply to all ready-made items:

  • You may exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt. 14-дневен срок от датата на получаване.

  • The item must be in the condition in which it was received – unworn, untreated, clean, without odors, and with its original packaging and label.

Shipping & Refund Conditions

  • Courier costs for exchanges are at the client’s expense in both directions.
